25 Year Limited Express Warranty On All Silver Replating

Silverplating done by Estes-Simmons Silversmiths, Inc., on flatware, hollowware or other silverplate items is warranted under this agreement against flaking and peeling for a period of 25 years when used under normal conditions. Any item silverplated by Estes-Simmons Silversmiths, Inc., will be refinished without charge when presented to Estes-Simmons Silversmiths, Inc. at its office in Atlanta, Georgia. Refinishing necessitated by mishandling, breakage, abuse, misuse, accident, tarnishing or exposure to any corrosive or caustic substance is hereby expressly excluded from this warranty.

Except as herein expressly stated, Estes-Simmons Silversmiths, Inc., does not warrant silverplating covered by this agreement in any manner whatsoever, and no warranty, expressed, implied or statutory is made by Estes-Simmons except as herein set forth. There are no warranties which extend beyond the description on the face of this contract nor is there any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

This is an expressed limited warranty which is governed by the Uniform Commercial Code of Georgia, and is to be construed pursuant to the laws of the State of Georgia. This warranty shall constitute the exclusive remedy of Purchaser.
